More Foolishness from the Bank of America

From what we're hearing, everyone with a card on a payment plan with Bank of America got multiple copies of this letter, as well as several calls from an Indian call center about it.

Brian Moynihan should resign over this.

First, they aren't sure what the error they identified did; it "may have impacted" or maybe not. Can't they check?

Second, don't they test their software?

Third, they admit there "may have" been problems with part of the statement, but the rest of it is fine. Sure, and Mr. Moynihan has a bridge to sell you.

They sure did seem upset about this-why so many copies of the letters and all of the calls?

Note the letter is signed by Customer Advocate. Undoubtedly a pen name for Ken Lewis, unable to stay away!
